Krishna Sudheendra

As Chief Financial Officer, Krishna Sudheendra is responsible for managing UST Global’s finance function including investor relations, Corporate Governance and ensuring balanced growth, profitability and share holder value. Over the past 5 years with UST Global, Mr. Sudheendra has been instrumental in building strong financial systems, controls and processes and thereby improving financial performance. He initiated short-term and long-term funding and effectively managed strategic initiatives like Stock Option plans, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions for UST Global. Mr. Sudheendra has over 15 years of experience in the Finance field, particularly in the general and the services outsourcing industry. He began his career in audit and tax consulting with a leading accounting firm. Later, he served in leadership positions in the services industry including a stint with General Electric. Before joining UST Global, he was the Global Controller of First Apex, an IT product and services provider for the insurance Industry. Mr. Sudheendra is a CPA from Denver, Colorado and holds a bachelor degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, India. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
