Niketh Sundar
|

|
Niketh Sundar is Global Head, HR at UST Global. He is responsible for all people practices at UST Global. As Global Head, HR, Niketh is focused on institutionalizing UST Global values and propagating its unique Company culture.
Niketh was a core member of the leadership team responsible for UST Global’s PCMM Level 5 certification and the rapid growth of the company through the last decade, planning and implementing innovative talent development and engagement practices.
An ex-naval fighter pilot, Niketh has held key leadership and management positions in the areas of training and operations in the Defence Services, which included command of a fighter squadron, captain of a war ship and faculty at the Defence Services Staff College.
A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Pune, India, Niketh holds a Master’s degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management. He also holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, USA.
