Robert Damon
|
|
|
Robert Damon became a Strategic Advisor for UST in February of 2007.
He is President, North America for Korn/Ferry International and is a member of the
firm's global operating committee.
Earlier, Mr. Damon was with Spencer Stuart, where he was a Vice Chairman of the
firm’s U.S. operations and managing director of the West Coast operations. He has
more than 25 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president,
board director, and general management positions, as well as management searches
in the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing, operations,
and strategic planning.
He serves on the boards of the Special Operations Military Education Fund and the
GlobeSecNine, an investment firm specializing in homeland security.
Mr. Damon holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Industrial Management from
Purdue University.
