HFS BUYERS GUIDE: THE 2011 OFFSHORE CHALLENGERS

HfS Research, an advisory analyst firm based in Cambridge, UK, "focused on helping enterprises
make complex decisions with their business process and outsourcing strategies," released its
Buyers Guide, taking a look at "The 2011 Offshore Challengers." Focusing on several
fast-growing firms that continue to compete with and win major contracts from their larger
competitors, the report takes a close look at UST's strengths and evaluates the company's
prospects for the future.

After citing several attributes that distinguish UST in the marketplace, HfS awards the
company's current and future prospects in Europe & the UK the highest recommendation in the
report: "Strong."

|
Among UST Global's distinguishing factors cited in the report are the company's focus on
"fewer CLIENTS, more ATTENTION" and its management depth under the leadership of CEO Sajan
Pillai. It also notes UST's ability to hire and retain senior vertical and domain experts from
leading organizations, as well as its willingness to make resource investments in order to
develop its relationship with its customers. HfS concludes that the combination of UST's
talent pool and its client-centric business model is one of the company's main distinguishers.

HfS also highlighted UST's recent agreement to team with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in order to
provide end-to-end cloud-based Knowledge Management solutions for enterprise customers, saying
that UST's partnership with AWS "should provide many new opportunities as the cloud value
proposition expands to larger enterprises and workloads."
