Aliso Viejo, California, July 11, 2006 - UST Resources Inc (USTRI), a
leading provider of IT Services & Business Process Outsourcing Solutions to Fortune
500 clients, today announced its acquisition of QA Labs Inc (QAL), the largest independent
software testing and quality assurance provider in Canada. Terms of the deal were
not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, and based out of Vancouver, Canada - QA Labs has built up an enviable
reputation of serving marquee clients in Telecom & Wireless, Life Sciences & Healthcare,
Insurance & Financial Services, Media & Games and Packaged Software. The firm designed
its services to assist clients to build its own testing infrastructure, create test
strategies, design test cases, custom test automation and development, and test
execution. In May 2006, QA Labs was recognized among the Global Outsourcing 100
by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
QA Labs will expand UST's "World Class" Quality Assurance and Test services
to Fortune 500 clients. Through this acquisition, UST also expands it

UST launches 'Green Day!' a unique initiative to commemorate
World Environment Day.

Trivandrum, India, June 5, 2006 - In a first of its kind initiative, UST,
has embarked on an ambitious eco-initiative called 'Green Day!'. On June 5th 2006,
UST joined with the Forest Department of the Kerala Government to plant
2006 saplings in the state. Arun Narayanan, Head, Global Delivery presented the
Corporate Letter of Support to the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests.
The letter was handed over in the presence of the Minister for Forest, Mr. Binoy
Viswam during a ceremony to mark World Environment Day at the Forest Department
Office, Vazhuthacad, Trivandrum.

BS7799 Part 2:2002 standard.The effective date of certification is 28, September
2005 and is valid for 3 years.
BS 7799 is a standard, setting out the requirements for an Information Security
Management System. It helps identify, manage and minimize the range of threats to

Name change establishes global brand for growing Software Services Company.

International Pvt Ltd.
The name change reflects UST's unified vision as a cohesive organization

Chennai, India, May 02, 2005 - UST, a California - based information technology
and BPO services provider, today inaugurated its second India development center.
Mr. Kiran Karnik, President, NASSCOMM opened the facilities at RR Towers III, TVK
industrial Estate, Chennai,
The new, state-of-the-art facility, which is spread across more than 20,000 square
feet and will serve as the company's delivery hub for BPO, ERP and managed IT services
operations. The company expects to employ more than 250 associates at this facility
by year end, a company spokesperson said.
"This center is in perfect alignment with the company's aggressive growth plans
for this year" said Mr. G.S. Krishnamoorthy, Head - India Operations.
This expansion into the new Chennai center has been necessitated by UST's
high rate of growth in recent years, said Sajan Pillai, the company's Chief Operating

in Malaysia and also said that the company may be opening additional centers in
India in the coming months.
UST now has maximum number of associates in their flagship development
