UST Global expands its application management practice with appointment of Kailash Attal

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - March 11, 2009 - UST Global® (UST), a leading provider of IT services and solutions
for Global 1000 enterprises, announced today the promotion of Kailash Attal to the role of Application Management
Services (AMS) Practice Head. Attal’s experience and thought leadership will help to further enhance UST’s
application maintenance and development methods, best practices and optimization techniques. He also will head up
the UST Outsourcing Transition Management Center of Excellence that enables clients to seamlessly manage the transition
to new support models.
With more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry, Attal has extensive expertise in all types of global outsourcing
and delivery models for both enterprise IT applications and software products.

Attal joined UST in 2008 from Keane, where he was the director of global client management. During his 14-year tenure at Keane,
he defined and implemented global delivery models using onsite, offshore and nearshore development centers for U.S. and European
clients, many with bilingual requirements. He also led the initiative to enhance and productize the application outsourcing offerings
related to application management and development.
