UST Global completes next generation BPM solution for Catalina Marketing

ALISO VIEJO, California. - May 18, 2010 - ®(UST), a leading provider of
services and solutions for Global 2000 enterprises, completed the design and implementation of the next
generation business process management (BPM) solution for Catalina Marketing, global leader in precision
marketing and shopper-driven media. UST developed a comprehensive solution based on the Oracle suite of
products.
Catalina’s goal is to provide more efficient services and solutions to its food marketing partners and
health care providers. The UST solution and implementation directly impact Catalina’s efficiency, giving
it the ability to innovate and provide the greater flexibility their customers demand on a more
real-time basis.

UST used its Architecture Diagnostic methodology to review the existing framework and transform it based
on business requirements. “We brought in a multi-discipline team to design the architecture and
solution for Catalina. Through a series of facilitated workshops and design sessions, UST built the
architecture and revised the software development life cycle (SDLC) process. UST is a proud to be a
