UST Global appoints Peter Siderman to its Advisory Board

Aliso Viejo, Calif. - March 19, 2010 - appointed Peter Siderman, former managing director of Dominion Group, the privately owned fund management firm, to its advisory board. Peter joins UST as the first advisory board member based outside of its US headquarters to aid UST's continued growth outside North America.

Peter has held leadership positions in various industries across the globe throughout his career. He helped establish the Adecco Institute, funded by the world’s leading HR solutions firm of the same name, and also served as its first managing director. During his ten years with McKinsey & Company, Siderman held senior leadership roles and served on three continents. He was the firm’s global director of mobility, based in New York, and responsible for strategic flows of talent between its offices worldwide.

Fluent in Danish, Portuguese, Spanish and English, he served on McKinsey’s Global Knowledge Advisory Team for five years, concurrently with other roles, including leading McKinsey's innovative North American Knowledge Center for three years, in addition to research roles in both Europe and emerging markets.

|
Peter Siderman holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago (Booth School of Business) and a postgraduate degree in Latin American Studies from Oxford University.
