IT Outsourcing authority Stephanie Moore joins UST Global as Chief Marketing Officer

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - February 24, 2009 - UST Global® (UST), a leading provider of
IT services and solutions for Global 1000 enterprises, announced the appointment of Stephanie Moore,
former vice president and principal analyst of Forrester Research, an independent research company,
to the position of chief marketing officer. Recognized as the preeminent expert on global sourcing
issues,Moore will work with UST clients and account teams to increase the company’s brand value and
market share. In her new role Moore will also use her extensive knowledge to help clients optimize the
value of their global outsourcing activities.
During her 13-year tenure at Forrester, Moore advised hundreds of CIOs as well as sourcing and vendor
management executives about application and infrastructure outsourcing decisions, vendors, tools,
methodologies, ROI models,process optimization techniques and internal change management requirements.
Moore shared her rationale for leaving the research environment to join UST, "UST’s unique client

Moore came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group, where she was a vice president and
research leader focusing on application development, IT services and global sourcing issues. Having written hundreds
of reports on technology and global sourcing issues, she is frequently quoted in leading business and IT publications
such as CIO Magazine, The New York Times,The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Computerworld. She has also appeared
on CNBC, Fox News and numerous radio talk shows, and was a technology consultant for ABC News.
Analyzing the IT services industry has given Moore excellent insight into the pressing issues facing CIOs. Her valuable
knowledge base of helping outsourcing executives understand and navigate the dynamic offshore and nearshore outsourcing
landscape will be fully utilized.UST will launch a Webinar series starting in Q2 of 2009. Moore will headline several
of the Webinars, sharing her expertise on topics such as lean sourcing and process optimization. She also plans to engage
