Former Motorola CIO Patty Morrison joins UST Global Advisory Board

Morrison Taps Unique CIO Skill Set to Support Midwest Business Development and Strategic Direction

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – January 27, 2009 – UST Global® (UST), a leading provider of IT services and solutions for Global 1000 enterprises, announced that Patty Morrison will be bringing her more than 12 years of CIO experience in four industries to the UST Global Strategic Advisory Board. Morrison cited the unique UST culture and its focus on customer and employee satisfaction as the main reasons why she decided to join the leadership team. She will draw upon her significant outsourcing and offshoring expertise to provide guidance to UST Global. Her focus will be in three key business areas: introduce Midwest CIOs to UST Global; work with the Services and Strategies Group to develop new offerings in Business Process Management, Service Oriented Architecture management, ITIL tools and Web 2.0 support; and provide consulting on overall corporate strategies. Most recently Morrison was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Motorola. In this role, she oversaw all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the company's information technology architecture, systems, tools, processes and infrastructure. During her tenure, Motorola focused its IT portfolio on expansion of retail channel capability, enabled the transformation to a global single supply chain and successfully integrated many key acquisitions and divestitures.
