UST Global launches speakers program to educate internal staff on overcoming challenges in the business world

Senior Vice President Ginnie Roeglin of Costco Wholesale Will Kick-off the Series

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - May 27, 2009 - UST Global® (UST),a leading provider of services and solutions for Global 1000 enterprises, will launch an executive speaker’s series sponsored by NowU, an internal volunteer organization that spearheads the development and executive mentoring activities for UST’s female associates. Ginnie Roeglin, senior vice president, eCommerce and publishing, Costco Wholesale, will be the inaugural speaker when the series begins on May 28, 2009. Designed to educate and inspire UST’s associates, the series will showcase women executives who will be chosen from the communities in which UST Global operates. The speakers will be selected based on their passion to mentor women in the corporate world. Held each quarter, the topic will focus on the speaker’s professional experience and include their career growth, lessons learned along the way and how they overcame challenges. “Ginnie is on the Executive Steering Committee of Journeys, which is the Costco equivalent to NowU. I admire her dedication to helping the female associates at Costco advance in their careers,” said Mary Johnson, Chair, NowU at UST Global. “Having contributed to Costco’s growth for more than 19 years, she is a great role model for women in our company.” The speeches will be given at UST offices or at client sites, with other UST locations around the globe joining by video conference. Each speech will be archived for anyone unable to attend, or who would like to listen again to any of the informative sessions.
