Enterprises are increasingly moving toward best practices such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) as a framework to help better align business requirements to IT needs and mitigate existing IT productivity, serviceability, and cost concerns.
|
|
UST Global has adopted the principles behind ITIL and other industry best practices and developed a concise methodology for transitioning and transforming the daily care and feeding of infrastructure services of all types.
|
|
|
| We have developed a methodology to create value by being flexible to growth and maintaining a mature and common approach to meeting operational infrastructure needs. Highly efficient knowledge transfer and a focused approach on each specific problem area ensure complete coverage of all support aspects. |
|
| IMUSTSM - Infrastructure Management by UST Global |
|
| UST Global's proven, proprietary
IMUST SMtransition methodology provides a rapid and seamless transition from the Client to
UST Global’s Infrastructure Management services. Customized to cater to the
requirements of each engagement, our transition methodology ensures that the
engagement reaches a steady state where Client expectations are effectively met. |
|
| During our vigorous IMUSTSM assessment, we show the Client the next level of
processes, defined for every phase of the methodology. We show them our
templates and tools. We show them the actual process elements and how
they work. It is more than gathering docs and shadowing, acceptance criteria,
tools and templates. It is more than knowledge transfer. The result is a
knowledge management system that can be tapped at will. We call that body
of knowledge a Client University, but how we use that is critical. We structure
the artifacts, the templates and tools, by both the Client and UST Global. We
formalize the knowledge and implement continuous improvement from the
very inception of the engagement. |
