UST Global’s Consulting arm is a value enhancer to the company’s already robust service offerings. Consulting provides experienced practitioners who focus on straightforward and honest advice based on analytic rigor and detail. We define our practice in three specific ways: Services, Solutions, and Methods.

Services are clear domain areas that augment what UST Global already does best: that is, provide the highest quality IT Services and BPO.

Solutions are best on our Point-of-View consulting methodology. We take what we have learned from personal experiences, client engagements, and continuous market study and synthesize it to solve tangible problems in business.

Our Methods are work products that we know go across many different services and domains. All are based on the Rational Method:

	Never accept anything as true without investigation
	Break complex problems into small parts and solve them
	Start with what is known and proceed to prove more complicated aspects of the problem
	Document it and be complete
