Robert (Bob) Dutile is an experienced executive who has dedicated his career to improving the business value delivered by Information Technology functions and processes.
Prior to assuming leadership of UST Global’s largest Retail account, Bob was most recently the Business Leader for the Healthcare vertical, General Manager of the National Account Business Unit and Client Partner in charge of the Healthcare service team.
He has served in several key roles in his eight years with UST Global, including Chief Information Officer and as the General Manager of Strategy and Services. Bob continues to serve as part of the corporate Strategic Planning office in addition to his other duties.
Before joining UST Global, Bob has held positions as Executive Vice President of Key Technology Services, the Information Technology Group for KeyCorp a $90 billion financial services firm; as a Partner in the firm of Grant Thornton LLP; and as the first Director of MIS for Reebok USA, and Reebok International Ltd. He has served on the board of directors of the Financial Services Technology Consortium, and the Arlington Co-Op, and on the board of governors for the Sustainable Computing Consortium at Carnegie Mellon.
He served as the technical liaison to Financial Technology Ventures, a venture capital fund, and as an advisor to several clients on technology investments.
Bob is the author of a textbook on business process benchmarking. He is certified by American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in Information Resource Management (CIRM).
He is a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals, the association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is a life member of the American Alpine Club and the Two/Ten Foundation.
